font-weight: bold;">Pre-preparations :</span></div><p style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">Kindly prepare the following beforehand :</span></p><ul> <li><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">Soak 8 cups of rice for 2 hours.</span></span></li> <li><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">Strain the rice and let it dry on paper or a cloth towel.</span></span></li> <li><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">Once the rice is almost dry, grind it to a very fine powder.</span></span></li> <li><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">Dry roast the flour well.</span></span></li> <li><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">Sieve the flour a couple of times in a fine sieve.</span></span></li> </ul>
